The farm produces many kinds of wines, reds and whites. The blends for the red are Merlot, Syrah and in a lower percentage Sangiovese.These are IGT wines, one produced only in steel vats, the others instead subjected to a refinement in French oak barrels for 3 and 5 months. A rounder taste and other very characteristic aromas are obtained compared to the first. They go well with tasty dishes and meat sauces.
As for the whites, are still IGT wines one produced in greater percentage with Vermentino grapes, Fiano Romano and aromatic Malvasia and the other with the same grapes and in addition Sauvignon. Both are perfect for combinations with delicate dishes and fish sauces
